WEST SPRINGFIELD – State, federal and local law enforcement arrested four Brooklyn men and seized 3,300 marijuana plants during a Saturday afternoon raid of an illegal grow operation at an Elm Street industrial building, officials said.
Officials executed a search warrant for the building at 946 Elm St. at around 4 p.m.
